OptimaSoft provides software development services under separate agreement. This website is informational and does not constitute a public offer.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives full access to the deployed product and complete documentation on how to use and operate it. The OptimaSoft name, logo, and brand remain our intellectual property.
Liability
We are responsible for the quality of work performed under the applicable agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages related to the use or inability to use developed software.
